By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Age Requirements

We welcome students of almost all ages to begin their Quranic education. The minimum age requirement for enrollment is 3.5 years. There is no upper age limit for our courses; adults and seniors are highly encouraged to join.

2. Fee Payment System

Currently, we do not process direct credit card payments on our website. All tuition fees are collected manually via secure third-party transfer methods, including Western Union, Remitly, Tap Tap, WISE, Binance, and Redotpay. Payment details and instructions will be provided by our administration upon enrollment.

3. 100% Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best educational experience. However, if a student decides to discontinue their classes after paying the advance fee, we offer a 100% refund for the remaining unused classes. Refunds will be processed manually via the original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.

4. Missed Classes & Makeup Policy

We value discipline and punctuality, but we understand that emergencies happen:

If a Student Misses a Class: In case of a genuine emergency, if a student misses a session, a makeup class will be provided subject to the tutor’s availability.

If a Teacher Misses a Class: If your assigned tutor is unavailable, you will strictly receive a makeup class. Alternatively, the tutor will add 10 extra minutes to your next three consecutive sessions to compensate for the lost time.

5. Code of Conduct

All interactions between students, parents, and tutors must remain respectful and professional. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the classes.
